Because I’ve been there.
I know the unique challenges of balancing strategic vision, execution, and people management in a dynamic environment with limited resources and siloed business units.
I spent 25 years learning the ins and outs of business and climbing the corporate ladder. I worked in sales, leadership development, professional services, product development, digital learning, learning strategy, and marketing. I moved around a lot, learned a lot, and worked my a$$ off.
A decade of that was spent working for SaaS companies in supersonic growth mode. Companies that were well-intended but lacked the infrastructure to develop leaders at a pace that matched their growth. So, I had to figure things out on my own. And it was hard.
But through the growing pains, I learned how to:
Adapt quickly to changing priorities.
Balance strategy and execution.
Attract and retain top talent.
Communicate effectively.
Elevate my people.
As a result, my teams were highly productive, collaborative, and engaged. 🙌
But I knew I had more to offer, so in 2023, I left corporate life to become a solopreneur and share my knowledge at scale.
Now, my mission is to help hypergrowth companies elevate their most valuable asset–their people—to supercharge productivity, collaboration, and engagement.
